Garden Party

Any day is a good day for a garden party! We love setting this one up at the Botanic Gardens!

Invite your guests to join you for a stunning picnic party and even keep them amused by adding on our lawn games. You can bring your own food otherwise you can let us take care of it for you. We don't offer catering in-house, but we do work with Thyme 2 Graze & Aquavue who are the best in the business. We can organise your platters and you can rest assured knowing that your food will arrive at your picnic fresh, on time and delicious!

 

When booking Occasions by the Bay, We take care of everything. We set up at your chosen location, style, clean and pack up. All you need to do is arrive, sit back and enjoy!

What does your picnic include?

​

Your choice of our signature low ground picnic tables, assorted high-quality rugs & cushions or trestle tables with tableclothes & comfortable white Americana chairs then styled with table runner, flowers, candles, Table setting per person (plate,   napkin, water glass) and other table decorations.  

​

Your picnic also includes our PICNIC ESSENTIALS Pack and also covers the cost of staff cleaning,  preparing and packing for your picnic, travel, fuel costs, set up, clean up, pack up and cleaning all the equipment ready for the next booking.

Garden Party Picnic Costs

Group of 2 people - $200

Group of 4 people - $300

Group of 5 to 8 people - $380

9 to 12 people - $450

Additional People - $22 each

* ADD 5% for Sunday Bookings 

* ADD 10% for Public Holiday Bookings

2.0 hour experience (extra time can be added on)

ADD ONs available - Grazing Platters, Wine Glass Per Person, Cutlery, Ice Bucket with Ice, White 2M Balloon circle arch (hire only), Easel, Drink Station with non-alcoholic beverages

Our favourite Group picnic locations –

1. The Gables Deck in Point Vernon (shady, private and overlooking the rocks & water) 

2. Gatakers Beach in Point Vernon (best sunset location)

3.   Grassed area next to Surf Life Saving Club (opposite Eat at Dan & Stephs, can be busy)

4. grassed area on the Esplanade opposite Churchill Street Urangan (shady and normally quiet with views of Urangan Pier).
